Easily create downloadable PDF manuals and e-mail PDF tutorials to users
Publishing to PDF
Easily create downloadable PDF manuals and e-mail PDF tutorials to users
Open the help topic you wish to publish or if you wish to publish an entire help project, open one of the help topics in the project.
Click the publish button on the toolbar to display the publish window.
Publishing options

From the what to publish menu, choose if you wish to publish a topic or an entire project to PDF. You can also choose if you wish to publish draft topics or not.

Select PDF in the format menu.

Choose your PDF options - you can choose to a cover age (which includes your logo image if you've set one in your HelpBurner settings - see below) and you can tell HelpBurner to build a table of contents for your PDF.
Click the publish button to start exporting. HelpBurner will ask you where you wish to save the PDF and what name to give it.
