Publishing to e-mail
Publishing to e-mail
Publishing help topics to rich e-mail and sending them directly to users inbox is a brilliant way to answer common user questions (or problems) with a illustrated step-by-step guide.
Example
We have a HelpBurner support project and in this we have a number of solutions to common problems. When we get an e-mail from a user we can answer them quickly and thoroughly by sending the solution in an e-mail. We also post the solutions to our online support desk so other users can see the answer.
