The no-fus way to install HelpBurner
Installing HelpBurner
The no-fus way to install HelpBurner
Installing HelpBuner is easy and in a few minutes you'll be creating your first visual how-to guides.
Visit the HelpBurner website to install
Visit the HelpBurner website at the link below. HelpBurner uses Microsoft Silverlight, so if you don't already have that installed, HelpBurner will quickly install it first (it's only 5 MB, so it will only take a minute).

Accepting secuity settings
Because HelpBurner is installing on your PC you may receive a security warning like the one below asking if this is what you want to do. Click install to complete the HelpBurner installation and HelpBurner will start automatically.
HelpBurner is installed... Start creating help + tutorials
That's it - HelpBurner is now installed and you're ready to start wowing your customers with help and visual tutorials that they'll actually use and love!
Problems?
Having problems installing? Try installing Microsoft Silverlight and then re-installing HelpBurner. If that one doesn't work for some reason (usually overly restrictive corporate proxy servers), contact us for help or ask your IT administrator to allow the Silverlight install.
