About the demo version

HelpBurner's demo/trial is free and fully functional (with some limitations for Mac, please see our frequently asked questions page). When using the demo/trial you’ll get a nag popup every five minutes which you can simply dismiss to continue. Exports from the demo/trial version have a “created with HelpBurner” watermark on some pages which will automatically disappear if you decide to purchase and enter a valid license key ($79 for the desktop version).

 

 

Getting it free

If you do good in any way we'd love to hear from you. Good-doers and not-for-profits – please e-mail us and tell us your story. You’ll need to include a web link to your organisation (required) and you’ll need to tell us a bit about your objectives and anything other relevant information, and we'll send you back your free license(s).

Schools - if you're a high school (or below) we've got free copies for you and all of your students. E-mail us, tell us a little about you and your school and how many free licenses you need :)

 

Need help or having a problem?

If you're having problems installing HelpBurner then you should try installing Microsoft Silverlight first (don't worry it's a very small download which can be easily removed anytime) :) If you have already installed Silverlight, please restart your web-browser before trying to install HelpBurner.
