Who we are

We're a passionate start-up software company (three people) from Auckland, New Zealand. We’re small, but we want to be. Software is our business and has been for the past ten years running. We’re about creating great, user-friendly software that adds value and that people love to use. Fostering personal relationships with our users is a vital part of reaching that goal and something we’re able to do because of our size and focus – and your feedback is a key part of it. We’ve got a great network of users spanning all four corners of the world which is an amazing resource both for us and our users. Giving back and contributing to education and innovation is also a key part of what we do, which is why we give our software away either discounted or for free to those doing good in the community.

How do I know you're not going to dry up and disappear?

We know there’s a perception out there that it’s riskier to purchase from a small business. That perception just makes us small guys work harder to prove ourselves and our product to you. We don’t make any secret of the fact that we’re small, but that’s the way we want to be. It’s what makes our product and service unique and why we’re able to innovate and respond to our users’ needs quickly and easily. We’ve got a passion for what we do and we’re experts at it – we’re certainly not new-comers to the industry, having been right in the thick of it for the past ten years.

As far as the business structure goes, HelpBurner is a creation of our New Zealand-based company Inzone Software Limited. We’ve been running Inzone since 1999, and we’ve applied the knowledge we’ve gained from starting and growing that company to HelpBurner – but making it ten times better along the way!

Our last software venture created desktop software that had millions of users and over 30,000 paying customers all over the world. We did it then and we’re doing it again with HelpBurner, a product that’s light years ahead what’s currently on the market.
